Owner Scott Toth says that his pizzas have the "same DNA as those pizzas made by Neapolitan immigrants as they started adapting their pizza to American tastes." He uses only top quality tomatoes, cheese and toppings on his pies in keeping with classic Italian tradition. Each one is baked in a brick oven to golden brown perfection.
