Join us for the Chicago Reader's second annual chef-to-chef challenge, the Key Ingredient Cook-Off. Inspired by our bi-weekly Key Ingredient series, vote on creations from some of Chicago's most outstanding chefs, including Aaron Arnett of Davanti Enoteca, Dana Cree of Blackbird, Meg Galus of NoMI, Courtney Joseph of Takashi, Hillary Sunberg of Duskek's, Duncan Biddulph of Kinmont, Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice, Paula Haney of Hoosier Mama Pie, Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe, Christopher Teixeria of Homestead on the Roof, Chris Pandel of The Bristol and Balena, Andrew Deuel of Tesori, Mark Steuer of Carriage House, John Asbaty formally of Panozzo's and an upcoming Lincoln Park restaurant, Barry Sorkin of Smoque BBQ, Michael Galen of The Bedford, Evan Percoco of theWit, Rodolfo Cuadros of Carnivale and many more!

The event will take place from 7pm-10pm. All chefs will be challenged to cook with one of five intriguing ingredients featured in past Key Ingredient columns. The event will be held at the Museum of Broadcast Communications. Tickets are $65 (includes tasting portions from 25 chefs and complimentary cocktails, wine, and craft beer).
