This event will feature a four-course tasting and four artfully crafted cocktail pairings from The Drawing Room. The menu for the evening is as follows:

First Course Radicchio, Hearts of Palm, Citrus, White Anchovy
Cocktail: Malort, Plymouth, Tio Pepe Fino, Heart of Palm, Citrus

Second Course Cajun Bouillabaisse - andouille sausage, crawfish, shrimp, fingerling potato
Cocktail: Moonshine, Dr. Burklin-Wolf Riesling, Mathilde Creme de Peche, lemon

Third Course Country Fried Pork Cheek, black-eyed peas, braised greens, cornbread
Cocktail: Old Weller 107, Benedictine, Lustau Palo Cortado, lemon, Bitterman's Hellfire

Fourth Course Pecan dusted Beignets and Chocolate Cremeaux
Cocktail: Pierre Ferrand 1840, Noval Black, Nutmeg

This event will take place on January 21st from 7 to 9:30pm. All tax and gratuity are included in the price. A complimentary coatcheck is available for guests and valet parking is available for $12 per vehicle. Voucher valid for admission for one.
